BUTYL GLYCOL is mainly used as a solvent for paint, printing ink, stamp pad ink, oil, resin, etc. It acts as a metal detergent, paint remover, delubricating agent, car engine detergent, dry cleaning solvent, epoxy resin solvent, and drug extractant.
Additionally, it is used as a stabilizer for latex paint, an evaporation inhibitor for aircraft paint, and for surface processing of high-temperature baking enamel paint.
